It all began when Rubens Barrichello —the former Formula One driver— came to them with the extraordinary project of turning his stainless steel Rolex Daytona into an open-worked watch that had a similar look and feel of racing cars. With a staggering 322 starts under his belt, 11 of which resulted in victory, Rubens Barrichello is the most experienced Formula 1 driver of all time. Now the benign Brazilian has joined forces with Artisans de Genève to modify a Rolex Daytona in order to reflect his enduring motorsport career.
